PacMar builds a wide array of die casting machines with locking force ranging from 15 to 3800 ton. In addition to traditional horizontal locking cold chamber and hot chamber machines, PacMar also builds special 4-slide machines, vertical die casting machines, Thixomolding machines, squeeze casting machines, semi-solid die casting machines, Brass die casting machines and Magnesium die casting machines. Automation peripherals include automatic ladler, automatic extractors, automatic sprayer, shot-beads dispensers, cooling conveyor, automatic part-weigh inspectors, visual inspectors, runner separators and parts sorters.

The new cold chamber shot end can deliver up to 300 inches per second shot velocity.

The newly improved intensification system has better response time and more precise triggering mechanism to effectively apply the intensification pressure to assure the quality of the casting.

The Innovative designed goosenecks on PacMar hot chamber machines effectively reduced the entrapped air in the shot train and shortened the distance for the molten metal travel to eliminate the porosity and to improve the casting quality.
