TRIM PRESS:
PacMar trim press is 3 side guarded with removable lattice guard. Operator has to pull out both safety bars at the same time to trigger the press cycle to reduce injury and to increase work speed.

The trim stroke can be adjusted with easy setting of limit switches. A reset-able counter come as standard for easy control of your work load. A user definable out put is available as standard. It can be used to trigger a blowing of air at the end of the trim cycle or a pneumatic sweeper to clean the die face.

CONVEYOR:

PacMar conveyor is very reliable and economical. It is the most essential step toward automation. The belt is made out of steel to sustain the heat from die casting. Customer has option to choose pleat or non pleat belt. The width of the conveyor can be up to 18 inches on gooseneck type conveyor and 24 inches on STRAIGHT conveyor.

The controller allow user to set the conveyor to run continuously or at interval. At interval mode, both the stop duration and run time can be adjusted. It can also be set to external trigger to run in synchronize with your die cast machine. Some conveyor can run forward or backward as an option.

PacMar also have economical processing conveyor available with poly belt and Aluminum extrusion frame. They are great for assembly lines or secondary operations.

EXTRACTOR:
PacMar extractors are very simple mechanical wise. It has only 2 turning action and 1 short linear movement. The simplicity makes it very easy to use and very easy to maintain. It also make PacMar extractors extremely durable. Most of all, they are outrageously economical. For instance, the initial investment for a model JSE-2 (for 500 ton machines) is only about 4 months wage of your entry level die cast operator.

There are 3 standard models to choose from. The JSE-1 is designed to fit die casting machines up to 200 tons. The JSE-3 is for 500 to 800 ton die casting machines. We do make extractors to fit your die casting machines up to 3,000 tons upon request.

For those truly believe in automation, the vertical movement can be chosen as an option. This option enables your extractor to pick up the casting and place it directly onto your trim press.

LADLER:
PacMar ladler are very economical. They are fast. When controlled by PacMar die casting machine, they work in sync together without the penalty of extra cycle time. The ladler cup can be easily changed to fit different size tooling.

The arm and cup movement are powered by AC servo motors instead of trouble propensity DC motor. The angle of the cup filling position can be adjusted with a simple turning of a switch to change the volume of the molten metal.

RECIPROCATOR DIE LUBE SPRAYER SPRAYER:
The PacMar sprayers are simple, easy to use and maintenance free. The sprayer heads are very inexpensive. It is designed to be change each time with die change. With this practice, each sprayer head can be custom tailored to each specific die to ensure consistent casting quality and to achieve maximum die lubrication effect.

The vertical movement is of the simple double linked arm design. The counter balance weigh keeps the unit at up position in the event of air pressure failure. The atomizing of the die lube is taking place right at the sprayer head to avoid condensation from the long traveling. There is a turbulence tube in side each sprayer head to further create the vortex effect. The result is extra fine and well mixed die lube coming out of the sprayer.
